Please read carefully to figure out which attendance form you should fill out, in most cases it will be the returning attendance but please make sure regardless.
2025 – 2026 Returning Attendance
This form is for our returning Compass Point members, this is the form you will most commonly fill out!
2025 – 2026 Exiting Attendance
This form is for our members that are leaving Compass Point or If you have one child enrolled that has graduated. If you have more than one child enrolled and one of your children have graduated, please fill out the other form.
