Transcripts ARE required to apply/enroll in college.
Records
Records are to do exactly that, keep record of everything your child does school wise.
Records are extremely important to keep track of and completely up to the parent to do so.
Records keep a trail of what your child has and hasn’t done academically.
Schools may require this if you ever need to apply/enroll.
Grade Report
Grade Reports are report cards for your child to keep track of how well they are preforming at their current academic level. They are important to keep track of how well your child is doing subject wise.
Schools may require this to apply/enroll. This is also required for withdrawals.
