1. Review Requirements
  2. Complete Family Enrollment Form
  3. If you need to know what your SCHOOL DISTRICT is, you can find it here.
  4. Schedule Virtual Meeting or In-Person Meeting with Administrator on Calendar below at same day that you fill family enrollment form out. 
  5. After meeting, I will email the Official Documents to you from “Sign Now” It is an electronic signature app. 
  6. Pay the non-refundable $70 (virtual) per family or $120 (in-person) per family fee HERE. Please UNCHECK the goods & services box.
  7. Forms are mailed only on the MONDAY after payment is received. 
  8. There is an Attendance Tracker here if you would like one. YOU MUST GO UNDER FILE & SAVE A COPY.
